In Nashville a man who was accused of killing an elderly couple was caught after someone recognized him via his online dating site profile. The murder details along with a picture of the suspect was on the show "America's Most Wanted" and a viewer matched the suspect with a dating profile she had recently viewed.
This goes to show you that you can never be to careful with someone you meet online, or for that matter in a bar or club. Just be smart and use common sense. Always meet new people in a public place or go on a double date with friends.
